Global Commercial Associate Director, Solid Tumor Franchise

The team is responsible for shaping commercial strategy, supporting launches, and maximizing the impact of current and future indications across multiple solid tumor areas.
We are seeking a Global Commercial Associate Director to help drive franchise performance, support future launch readiness, and contribute to long-term brand growth across a portfolio of Solid Tumor indications. This individual will play an important role in translating scientific and market insights into actionable commercial strategies and will work closely with global cross-functional teams, key markets, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive current business performance by partnering with global cross-functional teams, priority markets, and alliance stakeholders to support execution and growth across existing indications.
- Support integrated franchise strategy development to strengthen patient identification efforts, shape the market environment, and prepare for launches in additional tumor areas.
- Provide commercial input into late-stage development programs to help ensure that market needs, customer insights, and launch considerations are incorporated into ongoing clinical development planning.
- Monitor the competitive landscape across relevant tumor areas and develop strategic responses to emerging opportunities, risks, and future competitive threats.
- Generate strategic insights by synthesizing complex data, customer perspectives, and market dynamics, then translating those insights into global brand strategy and tactical plans.
- Develop and deliver senior leadership presentations that clearly communicate recommendations, business implications, and strategic priorities.
- Manage external agency partnerships, workflow, and budget for assigned areas of responsibility to ensure timely, high-quality commercial execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing, including experience in brand marketing, strategic planning, market research, sales, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific or clinical information into clear, compelling marketing communications.
- Strong capability in managing complex projects and operating effectively in a matrixed global organization.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, collaborate across functions, and work effectively with regional and market teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree in a related field.
- Strong ability to proactively solve complex business challenges through a combination of scientific curiosity and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in turning scientific and market information into commercial strategy and action.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to build productive partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from 193,898.40 - 290,847.60 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
