Sales Force Operations Reporting and Delivery Analyst
We are seeking a Sales Force Operations Reporting and Delivery Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will channel our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. You will support our Reporting team by providing our salesforce with tools and insights that improve their performance and execution for our customer-facing channels. You will be responsible for proactive analysis, discovery, innovation, and application of unique eye for business skills. Accountabilities:
As a Sales Force Operations Reporting and Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for providing relevant reports to the salesforce and Field Leadership in support of defined brand strategies. This includes insight and analysis around execution and performance metrics. You will ensure our sales force and leaders have the reporting necessary to exceed business objectives. You will also collaborate with the IT department to make improvements on existing and future reporting tools. Are you ready to create the next generation sales tool reporting solution?
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in developing discernment
• Experience with Microsoft office tools including Excel, MSTR, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience creating and delivering presentations as well as facilitation of meetings with Senior Leadership.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of the current business climate and a demonstrated ability to grasp new business challenges
