Quality Assurance IT Business Analyst

📌Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.
📍Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)
📌Strong English communication skills required.

Join us at AstraZeneca as a Quality Assurance IT Business Analyst, where you will have the opportunity to deliver small to medium size business change activities. This role requires high levels of interactive communication, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity. You will partner with the Business Relationship Manager, taking ownership to deliver high-quality cases and business process designs. Your proposed solutions will meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs. 

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for identifying business needs and areas for improvement. You will plan and lead activities to meet deliverables and deadlines. You will identify stakeholders from all areas of the business, build and manage relationships, and contribute to communication plans and organizational change. You will be responsible for requirements management plans including elicitation, approvals, processes, RAID, and scope impacts. You will craft and define the case, producing detailed business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

- 9-12 years of confirmed experience of working with sophisticated coordinated systems
- Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
- Experience of mentoring, coaching, or developing others
- Experience leading third party suppliers/vendors

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Degree in relevant field or formal certification in business analysis practice
- Lean SIGMA training
- Practical usage of Agile Methodology
- Experience in a global organization with sophisticated/geographical context
- Pharmaceutical business proven experience
- Cross industry business awareness/knowledge
