Role Overview
Join our Core Functions team as the GITC Business Analysis Lead. You'll partner with collaborators in HR, GBS, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs, managing a team of skilled global business analysts committed to excellence. Working closely with business team members, you'll define visions, scopes, and detailed requirements, transforming these into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Manage and mentor a team of Core Functions business analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee team development, align professional growth with industry standard methodologies, and engage in Communities of Practice.
Define and implement process and requirements management methodologies.
Business Needs & Analysis Planning:
Identify business needs and areas for improvement, aligning with strategic goals.
Plan and manage the analysis approach to work assignments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Partner Engagement & Requirements Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators, tailoring communication and change management strategies.
Lead definition of detailed requirements to support design, ensuring alignment with business benefits and architectural solutions. Ongoing requirements management and traceability where needed
Business Case & Solution Evaluation:
Shape cases, providing justification for investment, including value and benefits realization.
Analyze solutions, articulating business readiness and value realization.
Essential Skills & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or formal certification in business analysis.
Demonstrated experience in deploying business analysis tools and techniques for transformative change.
Strong communication, presentation, and partner management skills.
Proven ability to lead virtual collaborations and manage third-party suppliers.
Experience in line managing and developing teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Lean Sigma and Agile Methodologies
Experience within a global, complex context, especially in the pharmaceutical domain.
User-Centered Design experience in a regulated environment.
