Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the change in ensuring process governance, harmonization, and the standardization of Supply Planning processes.
Spearhead key improvement initiatives and manage change activities.
Maintain active engagement in Network Planning and Supply Region improvement efforts.critical metrics and Information Systems.
Collaborate with the Global Insights team and Digital & Analytics to enhance our business operations.
Qualifications:
Essential:
A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Sciences, or Engineering.
Extensive experience in supply planning within the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in areas like manufacturing management, logistics, or purchasing.
Ability to work effectively across international teams.
Desirable:
Advanced education or equivalent experience in Economics, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
Independent problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
Proven track record in process improvements, ideally Six Sigma/Green Belt certified.
Strong project management skills and experience.
Expertise in key Supply Chain systems like APO SNP and OMP.
