S4/Hana Enterprise Process Expert – Distribution

We are now looking for an Enterprise Process Expert within “Order and Distribution to Cash” process tower to join our team. Accountabilities:
As an Enterprise Process Expert, you will support the Development and Delivery of a defined suite of Order and Distribution to Cash Business Processes. You will provide expert knowledge to support the Enterprise Process Leads (EPL’s) to deliver global design and embed these processes in the BAU organization. Your role will involve defining, analyzing and communicating current, interim and future business processes and improvement opportunities. You will also collaborate with the program and business partners in IT, Master Data and Analytics to define technology, data and analytics requirements for the business processes.
Detailed Accountabilities include:
- Supports EPL to deliver global design, data design, systems and technologies associated with Distribution process area.
- Supports EPLs to design globally standardized processes by adopting SAP systems and capabilities, minimizing local customization and deviation.
- Defines, analyses and communicates current, interim and future business processes and improvement opportunities.
- Supports the development of new strategies to improve business processes and ensure business continuity, meeting current and future business needs.
- Networks with colleagues across the business to identify improvement opportunities and future business requirements.
- Collaborates with the program and business partners in IT, Master Data and Analytics to define technology, data and analytics requirements for the business processes.
- Ensures external requirements are understood and considered in the Business Process and Data designs.
- Supports the process mapping and documentation activities to appropriate level of details.
- Facilities knowledge sharing within the team and the program.
- Manages/Supports the deployment and change activities.
- Establish influential and highly collaborative relationships with key logistics partners.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8 years)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Distribution or Logistics processes, preferably on a global or regional environment
- Proven experience of SAP S4/HAHA, MM, SD, or TM.
- Technical knowledge on various interface approaches, like IDOC, EDI, XML, API & etc is an advantage.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives
- Ability to see the ‘bigger picture' while also have the capability to drill into detail in their own area of expertise.
- Ability to manage diverse teams, multiple cultures and negotiate different interests.
- Business Process Management knowledge
- Proficiency in English
