Finance Analyst - Baltics (Lithuania)

As a Finance Analyst, you will gain a deep understanding of the business. You will work independently, providing essential support with P2P and R2R questions and management reporting analysis, and will ensure local financial activities with adherence to global and local policies.

Accountabilities

• Manage delivery of finance support at a country or business line level
• Support Tax & Statistics submissions to Authorities
• Own delivery of several finance activities and programs
• Operate independently, escalating only the most complex issues
• Act as a finance specialist in a single technical area, providing specialist advice or heading up project delivery in this area
• Manage Financial reporting and Planning for selected departments
• Work with the Finance team to understand business priorities and tailor Finance support to local requirements

Essential Skills/Experience

• Recently qualified / part-qualified specialist finance professional
• Accounting background
• Experience of working as a service provider within or to a large organization
• Ability to work with a team, understand real customer needs
• Experience within a specialist area, e.g., with experience in costs management
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting systems (local operating system is SAP)
• Exposure to multi-cultural work environment
• Excellent knowledge in English & Lithuanian language
