IT Business Analyst

What you’ll do:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will excel in the following responsibilities:
Engage with various collaborators to understand and prioritize business needs, using your specialized knowledge. Actively seek opportunities to enhance business services in alignment with strategic objectives.
Translate sophisticated business requirements into clear, actionable analysis, solution designs, and decisions. Communicate the impacts, costs, and benefits of new or modified demands optimally to address business risks and issues.
Contribute innovative ideas to projects within your specialization, aligned with AZ IT strategy, and collaborate with AZ IT partners.
Work closely with Site Leadership Teams, regional/site collaborators, and Business Process Owners to propose and implement solutions that meet agreed outcomes. Ensure these solutions align with the business’s future strategic needs. Develop and shape cases, including return on investment and benefits realization.
Collaborate with IT capability teams, including architects and engineers, to identify essential capabilities needed for successful outcomes. Work with Process/Product owners to develop solutions that improve business process performance, capabilities, and driven edge.
Lead and facilitate design workshops with business and implementation teams to identify functional and technical requirements.
Capture and analyze information from relevant sources to report data trends, enabling informed decision-making for positive business impact.
Use your communication skills to effectively engage with collaborators and share knowledge with delivery teams. Support communication plans and organisational change efforts for projects and collaborators.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:
Defining project scope and goals for small projects that deliver or support effective solutions, including setting a budget and schedule.
Offer hands-on leadership, planning, coordination, and delivery of key project components, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress, reporting, and communicating challenges and concerns as needed.
Planning and managing activities for yourself and other team members to meet results and timeframes.
Supporting business delivery feedback from customers.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Consistent track record of using various business analysis tools and methods to achieve business change.
Experience in navigating complex integrated systems, demonstrating innovative and analytical thinking to deliver outstanding results.
Strong engagement, communication, and management abilities, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Prior experience in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in virtual collaboration to lead, shape, and cultivate innovative solutions.
Experience in working with and handling third-party suppliers/vendors.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience in business analysis practice.
Exposure to Agile Methodology.
Experience working within a global organization.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or domain expertise.
