Business Excellence Executive Manager

Lead the Business Excellence area, which includes Commercial Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, and Incentives. Develop strong strategies across all Business Units, generating insights, automating processes, connecting and managing projects, and developing strategic and tactical plans. Monitor the pharmaceutical market. Support strategic decisions. Coordinate and develop tools that support business development in the areas of sales force, commercial and business units.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze market trends and data to provide actionable insights.

  • Support strategic decisions with accurate plans and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence initiatives.

  • Coordinate and develop tools and solutions that support business development in the areas of Sales Force, Commercial, Business Units, and Access.

  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and performance and execution of Field Force teams.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with industry and company regulations and standards.

  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices and business excellence methodologies.

Essential Skills/Experience:


Professional Skills

  • Demonstrated success in Business Excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of executing complex strategic plans and driving organizational change.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Able to both lead and work collaboratively in teams and support all levels of a large and complex enterprise.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Able to gain trust with leaders across multiple layers in the organization.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organization.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing a strong sense of urgency.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing multifaceted projects, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within established timelines.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process issues and drive improvement.

Analytical Skills

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with a keen ability to interpret market and internal data and derive actionable insights.

  • Decisive, with a capacity to make informed decisions based on meticulous analysis.

  • Robust experience in retail and non-retail markets.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Strategy or a related field; 

  • Master's degree is highly preferred.

  • Advanced/Fluent English.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with global healthcare systems.

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
