■ 職務内容 / Job Description

担当する治療領域での医科学的専門性、ブランド戦略やマネジメントなど、総合的な知識・能力を活かし、MAチームでMAD/MALと連携して、効率的かつ効果的なMAチームの活動をリードする。
ブランド戦略に沿ったメディカル戦略の策定と、当該メディカルプランと整合した活動の計画・実施がチームとして適切に行われるようマネジメントする役割を担い、併せて、チームメンバーの成長を促し、チーム力を最大限に発揮するためのチーム運営に貢献する。

【経験 / Experience】

＜必須 / Mandatory＞

・開発・メディカルの企画部門・企画業務での3年以上の経験、オンコロジー領域であれば尚可

・臨床医学・基礎科学の知識：オンコロジー領域で、専門医との高度に専門的な議論ができる
・メディカル戦略の策定・実施の知識：オンコロジー領域で、競合他社/製品のブランド戦略/メディカル戦略についての知識、規制当局の動向に関する知識をもとに、自社/製品のメディカル戦略を策定・実施することができる
・臨床研究計画策定・実施に関する知識：臨床研究に関する各種規制/ルールを理解・遵守し、難易度の高い企業主導研究の計画策定、医師主導研究のレビュー等、を行うことができる。また、臨床研究に関する統計学的側面について理解し、顧客や社内の関係者に説明ができる
・患者に関する知識：オンコロジー領域のPatient Journeyや治療実態等の現状と将来の変化の予測について、オンコロジー領域の専門医・専門家と遜色のない議論ができる
・医学専門家の知識：オンコロジー領域で、グローバルレベル/全国レベルの医学専門家及び取り巻く環境について高い精度の情報を有し又は収集し、他部門に対して助言できる
・自ら（企業内の共著者として主体的・具体的に貢献したもの含む）論文を執筆し公表又は学会発表を実施できる

・高いコミュニケーションスキル（例：意見が対立するような困難な状況でも、合理的な合意や結論を導き出し、相手に期待する行動を起こすことができる）

日本語：母国語レベル

英語：
・業務上求められるネゴシエーションを効果的に実施できるレベルの英語コミュニケーションが必要
