Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and refine the brand vision, positioning, and value proposition across segments (e.g. IO/non-AGA space). Lead annual brand plans, long-range forecasts, and scenario planning.

Customer Engagement and Omnichannel: Design data-driven customer journeys for oncologists, pathologists, nurses, pharmacists, and patient groups. Optimize channel mix across field, digital, medical, and access touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead matrix teams across Commercial, Medical, Access, Regulatory, Legal, Supply, Finance, and Analytics. Drive aligned decision-making and timely execution.

Lifecycle Management: Plan indications sequencing, label expansion, differentiation vs. new combinations, and defense against generics/biosimilars. Manage messaging refreshes and promotional compliance.

Competitive Strategy: Monitor evolving standards of care, companion diagnostics, and new entrants. Develop counter-detail aids, objection handling, and scenario contingencies.

Field Enablement: Partner with Sales Leadership to deliver training, tools, and call plans; refine targeting and objection handling; support account and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

Budget and Resource Ownership: Manage brand budgets, agency partners, and investment allocation across tactics to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing preferred, health economics, or related field preferred.

Experience:

8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, commercial strategy, or product management, with 3+ years in oncology; lung cancer experience strongly preferred.
