As a Senior Marketing Manager – Neurology, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting strategies that impact patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). The Opportunity

In this leadership role, you will design and implement strategies that drive patient outcomes. You will inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve daring goals, making a life-changing difference for patients, their families, and caregivers. Your expertise will be critical in delivering launch excellence and fostering collaboration across various departments.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and complete the brand strategy for rare neurology conditions, aligning with patient needs and business objectives.

  • Drive forecasting leadership by being responsible for assumptions and risk assessments for the neurology portfolio.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Patient Advocacy, Communications, and external agencies.

  • Prepare and implement successful product launches and lifecycle management activities.

  • Deliver effective communication through compelling messaging and marketing tools across diverse channels.

  • Lead budget and resources to ensure efficient delivery of programs.

  • Supervise market dynamics to advise strategy and anticipate opportunities.

  • Lead regular business reviews with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Measure and optimize performance by supervising key performance indicators.

  • Champion compliance and integrity in all marketing activities.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience) in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree (MBA preferred)

  • At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience.

  • 5 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; experience in sales, sales management, and digital marketing preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic brand planning, including situation analysis, SWOT, forecasting, and risk assessment to drive significant brand growth

  • Proven track record in launching products and leading successful lifecycle management; specialty or rare disease areas preferred.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, adept at communicating sophisticated concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

  • Strategic demeanor with strong analytical skills, capable of demonstrating insights for effective planning and execution

  • High emotional intelligence, skilled in active listening, and committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion to elevate team dynamics and business outcomes.

  • Strong key account management and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and complete multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • In-depth knowledge of brand management principles, healthcare professional (HCP) promotion, and the commercial sales process.

  • Direct experience handling relationships with external agencies and vendors, and leading all aspects of promotional, operational, or marketing budgets

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Interpersonal effectiveness, able to contribute as both a phenomenal teammate and an independent leader

  • Adaptable, comfortable working in ambiguous and constantly evolving environments, and demonstrating a growth mindset

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual (French & English) is a plus

  • Willingness to travel (20% field expectation) and work occasional evenings/weekends, based on business needs
