Oncology Sales Representative - Hematology
*This position is based in Ontario, with travel within the GTA and surrounding area*.

Accountabilities
As a Hematology Sales Representative, you will report to a National Sales Manager – Hematology and be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with key influencers. Your scientific understanding will enable you to develop opportunities and improve access to medicines for patients. Your role will be to:
Developing effective account strategies and plans to drive sales performance within assigned budgets
Presenting the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to top research and clinical practitioners
Building deep key account and influencer relationships by analyzing problems and identifying innovative solutions
Arranging effective speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs alongside the Sales, Brand, and Scientific team
Adhering to external regulations and internal policies
Collaborating to share improved practices and create learning opportunities
Your qualifications include:
University degree in health sciences or business administration preferable
Minimum of 5 years Oncology-related sales experience with a strong record of achievement; Hematology experience is an asset
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital environment is a strong asset
Ability to positively impact and influence others, quickly establishing credibility while building strong business relationships
Experience engaging key influencers in sophisticated clinical environments, building strategies to improve treatment
Well-organized with strong communication and business skills
Great teammate capable of working within a diverse, cross-functional team
Customer-centered, multifaceted, and self-motivated
Exceptional proven track record for performance
Desirable Skills/Experience
