Oncology Sales Representative - Hematology

Accountabilities

As a Hematology Sales Representative, you will report to a National Sales Manager – Hematology and be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with key influencers. Your scientific understanding will enable you to develop opportunities and improve access to medicines for patients. Your role will be to:

  • Developing effective account strategies and plans to drive sales performance within assigned budgets

  • Presenting the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to top research and clinical practitioners

  • Building deep key account and influencer relationships by analyzing problems and identifying innovative solutions

  • Arranging effective speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs alongside the Sales, Brand, and Scientific team

  • Adhering to external regulations and internal policies

  • Collaborating to share improved practices and create learning opportunities

Your qualifications include:

  • University degree in health sciences or business administration preferable

  • Minimum of 5 years Oncology-related sales experience with a strong record of achievement; Hematology experience is an asset

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital environment is a strong asset

  • Ability to positively impact and influence others, quickly establishing credibility while building strong business relationships

  • Experience engaging key influencers in sophisticated clinical environments, building strategies to improve treatment

  • Well-organized with strong communication and business skills

  • Great teammate capable of working within a diverse, cross-functional team

  • Customer-centered, multifaceted, and self-motivated

  • Exceptional proven track record for performance

  • Dedicated to achieving results and prioritizing customer needs, with a high level of energy and self-motivation.

  • Outstanding history of delivering exceptional results
