As Congress & Event Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Congress Manager to identify the most efficient meetings. You will coordinate with outsourced compliance activities related to the AIFA authorization request for medical meetings and oversee the hosting of internal meetings for the Field Force. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving sponsorships and verifying locations for multi-sponsor and ECM congresses, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with regulations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role broadly includes the following key components:
Approving Medical Meetings and Congresses
Submitting requests for the approval of CME Meetings and Congresses to AIFA
Preparing sponsorship contracts
Reviewing related guidelines and procedures
Supporting Training and Audit Compliance
Monitoring of Providers performance
Monitoring of all related expenses
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Finance or Law degree
3-5 years of experience in congress related actvities within a Pharmaceutical company
Good knowledge of National and EU pharmaceutical legislation
Project Management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English and Italian
Flexibility and curiosity
Precision and accuracy
