Field Based Market Access Manager (Hospital KAM)

Accountabilities

• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers across various therapy areas

• Establish and develop relationships with AstraZeneca’s key institutional clients across your assigned region.

• Seek opportunities for the company’s portfolio and provide economic information for operational and strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate AstraZenecapartnerships with institutional customers and ensure optimization of the company's product supply in cooperation with the logistics department.

• Train and assist in the development of Key Account Managers in the Hospital team.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Higher Education (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, veterinary).

• Knowledge of pricing and legal issues relevant to the industry

• Excellent cross functional collaboration skills

• Strong customer orientation, result orientation, relationship building, impact and influence, and problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Valid driving license (Category B)

Desirable Experience

• Prior commercial or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry
