Brand Manager Rare Hematology, Nephrology, Transplant and Amyloidosis

Are you ready to turn deep market insight into launches and sustained growth that change the lives of people living with rare diseases? This role puts you at the center of shaping and executing brand strategy across multiple therapeutic areas where every decision can accelerate access and impact.

As Brand Manager for Rare Hematology, Nephrology, Transplant and Amyloidosis, you will translate disease and product strategies into high-impact execution across a portfolio at different stages of the lifecycle, including therapies for PNH and aHUS, and readying near-term pipeline assets. You will own tactical planning and the delivery of marketing initiatives that fuel adoption, expand appropriate use, and support outcomes for pediatric and adult patients. Working closely with the Franchise Lead and a connected, cross-functional team, you will craft plans, drive executional excellence, and connect field, medical, and access efforts into one coherent engine for growth. Can you see yourself orchestrating complex launches, elevating field performance, and building advocacy across the community while staying grounded in what matters most to patients?

Accountabilities:

Strategic Leadership and Market Intelligence: Co-lead therapeutic area analysis and patient journey mapping with the Franchise Lead. Build a robust understanding of market dynamics through competitive assessments, trend monitoring, and scenario planning to uncover opportunities and risks that shape brand choices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Planning: Partner with Field Force, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Value & Access to coordinate integrated pre-commercial and commercial activities aligned to disease strategy. Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt strategy to local needs and secure timely, high-quality delivery.

Financial Management and Performance: Develop revenue KPI models, track investment performance, and optimize budget allocation using data-driven insights. Prioritize initiatives and ensure end-to-end project execution that maximizes impact and efficiency.

Commercial Execution and Field Support: Co-create innovative programs with the National Sales Lead and Regional Account Managers to drive appropriate adoption. Develop engaging training content, equip field teams with actionable materials, and guide promotional agencies to deliver compliant, high-quality assets.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communications: Lead opinion leader and stakeholder engagement programs that strengthen advocacy and inform strategy. Build multichannel communication plans aligned to brand objectives and coordinate cross-functional brand teams from planning through measurable outcomes.

Compliance and Values: Model a 360-degree approach to compliance and ethical decision-making, always asking “should we do it?” rather than “may we do it?”. Ensure adherence to regulations while prioritizing patient needs and long-term trust.
