About AstraZeneca
We are looking for a GP Sales Representative to join our team in WA (Perth northern territory).
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for promoting key brands and managing customers within your territory providing value to healthcare professionals to support positive treatment outcomes for patients.
What you’ll do
As a Professional Representative, you will promote key brands and engage healthcare professionals in Primary Care within your territory to support positive treatment outcomes for patients. You will be looking after the respiratory portfolio and work with your team to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory. You will:
Promoting our leading product portfolio to General Practitioners and Allied healthcare professionals
Building long-term relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health
Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes
Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner
Working as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact
Essential for the role
Previous experience and proven success in a sales role
Strong selling skills, ambition and drive for results
Demonstrated successes in building strong external and internal relationships through strong communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and demonstrated project/team/cross-functional leadership
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage
Ability and willingness to use different channels, technology and tools to engage with customers.

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical/health industry sales role
