About the role:
As a Primary Care Key Account Manager (PCKAM) in NSW, you'll play a critical role in transforming severe asthma and lung cancer care. You'll partner with Business Managers and manage relationships with Primary Care HCP’s and their network partners. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of severe asthma and lung cancer pathways and to re-model these to ensure patient recall and referral for earlier diagnosis through accelerated education and awareness. You will also build relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts AstraZeneca products have on patient’s health and identify key decision-making points and barriers for optimal care, and work cross-functionally to achieve sales targets.
We're seeking a dynamic, sales-driven individual who is truly patient-centric and eager to develop their career within AstraZeneca to join our NSW sales team. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity where you'll be part of a successful and collaborative team, ensuring successful outcomes for both patients and the business.
Essential for the role:
Proven sales success as a GP Representative
Strong relationships and experience with the NSW primary care health ecosystem
Demonstrated experience with Key Account Management and cross functional working
Experience with patient journey mapping and/or previous experience working in a key account management model
Completed Medicines Australia
Desirable for the role:
Passionate and driven, tenacious with a curious and ‘can do’ approach
Comfortable with ambiguity and roles that evolve
