As a Talent & Development Partner, you will report to the Talent Management CoE and be assigned to support a specific business area, working closely with and under the guidance of the T&OD Director. You will serve as an ambassador for the T&D CoE offerings, ensuring the successful implementation of all processes and products within the portfolio for your area of responsibility. Your role will be pivotal in driving adoption, alignment, and value across the business.

You will build strong and productive partnerships with key HR stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser and consultant on talent management topics. By providing valuable insights and connections from your business area to the CoE, you will contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our Talent Management strategy and portfolio.

You will support the preparation of talent review meetings, ensuring the accuracy of data and information. Additionally, you will support the succession planning pipelines, including readiness for SET-level roles.

As a subject matter expert in Talent & Development, you will lead the design, implementation, and execution of global and area-specific T&D and Talent Strategy interventions, ensuring alignment with the global portfolio and delivering measurable impact for the business.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Demonstrated experience working globally leading complex projects
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management, learning and development, organization development and/or HR Business partnering
- Action-based and comfortable working with senior executive leaders, HR areas and operating in a matrix environment
- Experience advising, facilitating and presenting to groups and leaders
- Ability to effectively operate in an environment of constant change and able to work with ambiguity
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; seeks diverse perspectives
- Believe in and champion our values and actively strive to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity
- Demonstrated analytical mind, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Written and spoken proficiency in English

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
