Enterprise Process Expert: Credit Management
Driving the S4 activiities in sub process design of Credit, Invoice to Cash and Period Closing sub process area of Order & Dispatch to Cash.
- Support and lead S/4 HANA Programme activities for Credit sub processes together with connected IT/software systems. Provide relevant expert insight into development and improvement of Credit but also Cash Collection/Cash Application including Dispute management and Period End Closing
- Work with larger team to create, govern and implement the E2E global standard Credit Management sub processes across the business
- Ensuring Process development enables AstraZeneca to meet all applicable regulatory standards, eg SHE, GxP, SOX, accounting GAAP etc
- Understand “Credit Global Template” lead localization workshops to validate the standard design and identify where deviations from standard lead to local business outcome requirements
- Support EPL in developing the standardisation and simplification opportunities across the process landscape
- Identify data improvement requirements and develop great data standardisation and use to support sustainable process
- Establish influential and highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, in particular with the BAU GPO/BPO teams
- Work collaboratively across the Enterprise process area to ensure a clear flow of data and process hand offs and hand ins are known, identified and agreed
- Create and sustain key artefacts required to develop a successful transition to the next generation SAP ERP including the end to end process flows, roles, controls and identification of the key information model elements
- Link with the data team to define the data requirements for the process, analytics and reporting
- Ensure that Non-SAP System requirements are understood and considered in the Process and Data Designs.
- Oversees or provides expert technical support to a regional team, global team and Credit & I2C Enterprise team
- Networks with colleagues across the business and experts to identify business improvement opportunities
- Ensures that all improvement project work is carried out with regards to AstraZeneca standards and external regulations
- Establish influential and highly collaborative relationships with key regional partners and identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on driving forward the Lean journey
- Keeps self and others up to date on recent developments and emerging trends on an internal and external basis
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s of Science in an appropriate discipline
- Prooven experience in Credit Management (ideally Global) and sub processes Credit Limits, Blocked Orders, Credit Secutiries and Insurance.
- SAP ECC or S/4 knowledge
- Demonstratable experience in business transformation, standardization and process improvement in designated process or sub process area
- Strong stakeholder management skills – work closely with IT, partner teams and wider business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate change
- Thorough knowledge of Business Improvement processes and local regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, a keen eye for detail
- Agile approach, collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at every stage to drive progress and to maintain momentum
- Good knowledge and understanding of change management principles and standards
- Effective communication /negotiating skills and the ability to influence others
