Global Head of Marketing – Clinical Development Health Tech, Evinova

Introduction to role:


Are you ready to build a world-class marketing engine that transforms how clinical trials are designed and delivered? This role leads the global marketing strategy for Evinova, shaping how our clinical development health tech solutions reach sponsors, partners, and research teams—ultimately accelerating the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.

You will design and scale a full-funnel marketing capability across brand, product and solution marketing, demand generation, content, field/ABM, and marketing operations. Working side-by-side with Product, Commercial, Data/AI, and clinical experts, you will turn complex science and AI-enabled platforms into compelling narratives and measurable growth. Can you connect market insight to decisive action that shifts buyer behavior and grows enterprise pipeline?

Accountabilities:


Marketing Function Build-out: Define the operating model, organizational design, hiring plan, processes, and tooling for end-to-end marketing. Establish governance, goals and achievements, and a performance cadence that drives clarity and speed.
Brand and Market Positioning: Develop a differentiated value proposition for sponsors and partners across phases I–IV. Own the messaging architecture and narrative for the platform and solutions, including eClinical, eCOA, RWD/RWE, AI-enabled trial optimization, and decentralized/remote models.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Segment global markets, size opportunities, and prioritize indications and buyer personas (R&D leaders, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data/AI, Procurement). Define pricing/packaging input and launch plans in partnership with Product and Commercial.


Demand Generation and Growth: Build pipeline through integrated campaigns, ABM, field marketing, partnerships, events, and digital channels. Stand up marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle programs aligned to enterprise sales motions. Own targets for MQLs, SQLs, and contribution to bookings.
Product and Solution Marketing: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss studies. Create sales enablement, battlecards, and customer case evidence. Influence product roadmap with voice of customer and market insights.


Content and Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership in clinical development and data science across areas such as regulatory-grade data, AI transparency, patient engagement, and site activation. Publish white papers, host webinars, and drive conference presence with KOLs and partners.
Global Expansion and Localization: Tailor strategy for priority regions (US, EU, APAC) including regulatory nuances (GDPR, HIPAA), payer/provider landscapes, and language/local compliance considerations.


Partnerships and Ecosystem: Collaborate with CROs, technology partners, and data providers to drive joint marketing and co-sell motions. Support channel/alliances strategy and marketplace amplification.


Metrics and Marketing Operations: Implement marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution (multitouch preferred). Optimize budget and channel mix for CAC/LTV efficiency; manage agencies and vendors.


Leadership and Culture: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team. Foster a data-driven, customer-obsessed, compliant marketing culture.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Track record segmenting global markets, sizing opportunities, prioritizing indications and buyer personas (R&D leaders, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data/AI, Procurement), and contributing pricing/packaging input and launch plans with Product and Commercial.
Demand Generation and Growth: Hands-on experience building pipeline via integrated campaigns, ABM, field marketing, partnerships, events, and digital channels; implementing marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle programs; owning targets for MQLs, SQLs, and bookings contribution.
Product and Solution Marketing: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss; creating sales enablement, battlecards, and customer case evidence; influencing product roadmap through voice of customer and market insights.


Content and Thought Leadership: Ability to develop clinical development and data science thought leadership on topics including regulatory-grade data, AI transparency, patient engagement, and site activation; experience publishing white papers, running webinars, and leading conference presence with KOLs and partners.


Global Expansion and Localization: Experience tailoring marketing for US, EU, and APAC, addressing regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA), payer/provider landscapes, and local language/compliance.


Partnerships and Ecosystem: Experience collaborating with CROs, technology partners, and data providers to implement joint marketing and co-sell motions; supporting channel/alliances strategies and marketplace amplification.
Metrics and Marketing Operations: Expertise in marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution (multitouch); optimizing budget and channel mix for CAC/LTV efficiency; managing agencies and vendors.


Leadership and Culture: Demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams; building a data-driven, customer-obsessed, compliant culture.

Desirable Skills/Experience:


Direct experience marketing clinical development technologies across sponsors, CROs, and research sites.
Evidence of leading ABM at enterprise scale and integrating marketing with sophisticated sales motions.
Public speaking and industry presence with KOLs; track record of publishing influential thought leadership.
Experience implementing multi-touch attribution across long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Fluency in multiple languages and familiarity with payer/provider dynamics across regions.Proven track record to manage global agency networks and vendor ecosystems.

That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual

The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $202,324.80 - 303,487.20. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
