This Sr Product Manager role drives the strategy and execution of promotional and communication plans that bring transformative oncology/hematology medicines to more patients. Working at the intersection of science and business, the position shapes how brands show up in the market, partners with cross‑functional teams, and turns complex insights into clear, impactful actions. Accountabilities:
Lead the development and delivery of integrated promotional plans that are fully aligned with brand strategy and lifecycle priorities.
Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable marketing programs that support launches, growth and lifecycle management.
Own and manage the promotion and communication budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and on‑time delivery of key projects.
Build strong partnerships with brand teams to define opportunities, set expectations and secure appropriate investment for marketing initiatives.
Continuously monitor competitive activity and market dynamics in consumer and professional marketing, translating insights into timely responses.
Lead relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors, setting clear briefs, driving creative excellence and ensuring flawless execution.
Oversee the implementation of promotional and communication strategies across channels, ensuring consistency of messaging and compliance with internal and external standards.
Provide robust input into Communication Planning and Operational Planning, helping shape annual and long‑range brand plans.
Use data, analytics and customer insights to refine tactics, test new approaches and improve promotional effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with medical, sales, market access and other partners to ensure integrated planning and a unified presence in the market.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., business or science)
Desirable: Advanced degree(s) in business or science.; Advertising agency experience; Sales or Sales Training experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, ideally within specialty care or oncology.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑channel campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
Strong ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into clear, compelling value propositions and promotional messages.
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and influencing without direct authority in a matrix environment.
Comfort working with ambiguity, testing new ideas and adapting quickly based on results and feedback.
Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to optimize promotional investments.
Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
