Medical Sales Representative – CVRM (Fixed-Term Contract)
Join AstraZeneca’s Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism (CVRM) team as a Medical Sales Representative, where you’ll deliver life-changing medicines and build meaningful connections with healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to promote our products within an assigned territory, establishing close liaisons with key healthcare professionals and institutions. Accountabilities:
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Achieving and exceeding individual objectives for the products assigned within your designated territory.
• Identification and establishment of relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
• Communication with key promotional messages using promotional literature and other marketing materials.
• Management of the territorial budget, perform activities for the products assigned, and develop and maintain maximum territory coverage.
• Organization of local seminars, workshops, and group product presentations in a professional manner to promote our products and enhance the company image.
• Analysis of the market situations, sales data, and monitoring competition activities to determine regional product opportunities.
• Ensuring that all activities and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the high standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards, and Company.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• University degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Personal initiative – ambitious and motivated
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Customer orientation and analytical skills
• Good level of English
• Good computer skills
• Valid driving license
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role consisting of 1-2 years
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in sales
