Technical Product Lead, Operations IT - Data, Analytics & AI, Digital Transformation

Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to craft and execute data strategies that drive efficiency and compliance across our Life Sciences Manufacturing operations. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Regional and Site Leads to build a holistic data and AI strategy for regions and sites.
• Build and maintain data products roadmap ensuring adoption across sites.
• Align data and AI roadmap with site-level business strategy.
• Support Data Product Development: Work alongside data product manager, data engineers, and product leads to develop and maintain scalable data products for manufacturing intelligence and analytics.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Technology & Tools: Learn and apply tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends in data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

•   Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.
•   Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
•   Basic understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles and building data products on Mesh Architecture.
•   Familiarity with knowledge graph and ontology concepts (RDF, OWL, SPARQL) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•   Ability to work in a structured and regulated environment.
  

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is desirable.
