As Senior Manager of Corporate Brand & Creative, you'll support AstraZeneca and Alexion's global corporate brand initiatives, infusing creativity and purpose into our communications. You'll help us lift our creative standards and guide the strategic evolution of our visual brand. Working internationally, you'll create compelling, purpose-driven content that inspires. You will collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to develop digital-first content and communications that reflect our corporate brand and elevate our creative output. Accountabilities

- Manage the delivery of key AstraZeneca and Alexion corporate brand initiatives and assets.
- Oversee and continuously evolve corporate creative standards for global impact.
- Manage corporate brand assets and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Partner with global teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Drive a unified, purpose-led look and feel across all corporate communications.
- Guide external agencies, suppliers, and contracts to achieve creative excellence.
- Train teams and partners on branding best practices and guidelines.
- Identify and implement new tools and processes to drive efficiency.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Creativity & Expertise: 5–7 years of design and/or brand experience in global in-house or agency settings, with exceptional creative thinking and design skills.
- Digital Savvy: A strong digital-first mindset, leveraging social media and data to elevate brand efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
- Global Perspective: Experience working across international teams and cultural boundaries.
- Resilience & Agility: Thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver solutions with confidence.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit, high accountability, and proactive self-starter.
