Principal Technical Product Lead – Ops IT, Data, Analytics & AI - Global Supply Chain
Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Principal Technical Product Lead of data analytics and AI solutions you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions within Supply Chain Domain and GenAI solutions.
About the role:
Provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics, and AI products to business and IT collaborators aligned with Deliver Domain.
Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
Supervise the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
Break down feature epics into technical tasks and lead dependencies.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Streamline prioritisation through data-driven decisions.
Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.
Essential Skills:
Exposure of Pharma Supply Chain Domain
Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.
Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Desired:
Master’s, M.B.A. or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
