P2P Invoice Processing and T&E Sub Process Owner
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office

The job holder is accountable for the delivery of process innovation, continuous improvement initiatives across the global P2P / T&E team as an SME. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation across projects to drive process efficiency and timely deliverables.
Typical Accountabilities
Reporting and supporting the P2P GPO for P2P/T&E process improvement opportunities, the role holder is considered as a middle management position (global scope), operating in a matrix organization.
- To identify and deliver service improvement (process and system) activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- Ensuring creation and delivery of Continuous Improvement programs, agreed in partnership with GPO / GPDD and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applying strategy, methods, metrics, and tools associated with Continuous Improvement; inclusive of Lean tools and Six Sigma as well as other appropriate tools.
- Generation of a CI roadmaps with deliverables, and timelines for implementation
- Excellent coaching, consultative, communication and presentation skills
- Creation of appropriate project documentation as required: SOPs, process templates etc
- Bias towards action and results. Driven to succeed and deliver desired results.
- To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- To work with other team members and business services departments to identify new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Wide LEAN / Project experience
- A “completer-finisher” taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
- Deep experience in T&E, Banking and AP, and Process Performance / Service Delivery
- Experience in analyzing financial process (process, policy, technology) and implementing improvements directly in the process.
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
- Knowledge of end-to-end process management
- Conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Able to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets and project initiatives in a global and regional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to influence strategically and persuade tactfully, to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive, organizational relationships
- Culturally astute and resilient – able to adapt style and approach to different geographies in order to achieve desired outcomes
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
