Accountabilities:

  • The Territory Business Manager will drive performance across an assigned geography, translating strategy into action in the field. This includes implementing sales plans in line with company policies, tracking territory performance and taking timely steps to stay on course with objectives. The role will lead efforts to secure product enlistment in hospitals and clinics, ensuring key brands are available where they matter most.

  • Market and competitor analysis will be used to uncover new business opportunities and inform territory development. The Territory Business Manager will participate in promotional programs that raise product awareness, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer classifications, databases and call records.

  • Building trust and credibility with healthcare professionals is central, acting with professionalism and in line with the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct. Continuous self-development is expected, proactively identifying growth areas and working closely with the First Line Sales Manager to strengthen capabilities and performance.

Essential Skills/Experience :

  • Graduate degree in Science/Pharma

  • Passion for Sales

  • Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Good Planning and Organisational Skills

  • Excellent Scientific knowledge

  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
