What You'll Do...
In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial and customer-related activities for a keyrespiratory brand within your region. This includes promotional brand activities, product-related physician and healthcare professional education. You will drive the account strategy, coordinate activities with key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, and Market Access. We seek candidates who live customer service and patient orientation and can orchestrate their activities across multiple channels based on customer preference and business needs. You are a doer who brings to bear deep customer and patient insights to ensure our patient-centric approach. You can integrate business insights and numbers from reporting tools with your intuition and customer knowledge into winning strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Demonstrate a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
Demonstrate patient-centric behaviour and drive the understanding of the patient pathway
Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
Apply marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and F2F communication
Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
Collaborate with customers to develop ideas and implement customer facing projects that improve patient care and improve treatment pathways
Deliver revenue as per the set targets
Crucial Skills/Experience:
Excellent salesperson with strong selling skills
Strong track record in pharma sales and/ or medical devices, launch experience as a plus
Expertise in the field of Respiratory & Immunology is a plus (pneumology, allergology)
Good strategic and analytical skills (strategic account management)
Strong project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindsetwith a relentless drive for goal achievement
Open mentality towards use of innovative ways to support business growth (e.g. AI)
Excellent collaboration and partnership capabilities
Excellent communication and influencing ability
Proficiency in German requiredwithsolid English, while Frenchisa plus
