Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent & Development (T&D) Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in enhancing and optimizing our talent and development systems and processes. Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms.
- Evaluating existing T&D systems, recommending enhancements, and implementing new technologies to support global learning initiatives.
- Collaborating with business collaborators to deploy new functionalities and assess their impact on end users.
Essential Skills & Experience:
We are seeking candidates with:
- Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in HR technology implementations.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive projects from inception to implementation.
- Exceptional communication and social skills to engage and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with HRIS systems/platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Knowledge of robotic/process automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
