Join AstraZeneca as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Guadalajara Hub and contribute to our Bold Ambition 2030. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the HRBP team to develop and implement HR initiatives tailored to the business unit's needs. Typical Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation: Lead and support the execution of HR policies in alignment with company guidelines, collaborating with local managers and ensuring flawless integration with the team.

  • Program Development: Assist in the creation and rollout of HR programs that align with operational priorities. Participate in local and global projects, focusing on HR tasks under the direction of other HRBPs and local leaders.

  • Tactical Support: Conduct one-on-one sessions with local leaders, engage with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and drive local engagement initiatives. Provide consultancy to leaders and employees, with a keen understanding of business challenges to offer effective support.

  • Collaboration with COEs: Partner with Centers of Excellence to clarify business needs within defined parameters. Be responsible for deliverables and serve as a primary contact for inquiries related to Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Rewards, calling out complex issues to senior HR professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR experience within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in various HR functions with a solid ability to provide effective coaching to management.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing recruitment, learning and development initiatives.
  • Experience and knowledge in implementing organizational culture initiatives.
  • Experience working in global companies, demonstrating expertise in navigating and handling cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
