Logistics Digital & Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Daily logistics efficiency data analysis and trend analysis both for warehousing and transportation
  • Secondary transportation unit cost analysis to drive continuous transportation saving opportunities
  • Automatic reporting needs for distribution team to build a one-click easy report environment
  • Be responsible for logistics budgeting planning and reporting
  • Prepare monthly actual spending review reporting and analysis
  • Lead on system design for transportation management system enabling shipment automatic simulation and decision making
  • Lead on future distribution replenishment planning process design by integrating global system/local system. Digitalize logistics planning and enhance planning excellence
  • Own logistics traceability system and process improvement, be act as process owner and SME
  • Continuously work with IT partner and business SMEs to develop system tools to enhance efficiency in logistics function
  • Collaborate with multi stakeholders to evaluate business activities, and develop effective approaches to tackle logistics team's analytics problems
  • improve transportation effectiveness and efficiency. Communicate the methodologies to related stakeholders for continuous business optimization
  • Develop China distribution dashboard by using digital tools, i.e. power BI etc.
  • Continuously optimize visualization to provide better end to end visibility to leadership team
  • Lead on digital visibility initiatives business needs collection and excel providing better insights
  • Provide training to internal and external business team to uplift team capability to use digital tools
  • Complete other tasks assigned from managers
  • Support China distribution team for any urgent new alignments

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline, ideally in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or other relevant fields
  • 2-3 years working experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Project Management or similar roles
  • Experience working in multinational companies, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Knowledge in Finance and Budgeting
  • Knowledge in SAP, WMS, TMS is an advantage
  • Lean and digital background as best
  • APICS - Certified Supply Chain Professional, CPIM, CSCP, SCOR, CLTD
  • Good data analysis and business insight capability
  • Fluent in English (CET-6 preferred)
  • Awareness of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (not limited to these two)
  • Project Management Skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lean leadership
