As the Regional Analytics Leader (RAL)for the National Breast Oncology Franchiseyou will leverage your clinical diagnostic knowledge and experience in order to make a meaningful impact on patient care with a global pharmaceutical company.
This tumor-focused business strategist supports a specific area aligned with an Oncology Area Director with a focus on:
- conducting and integrating insights and analytics from secondary data together with insights gathered by customer-facing teams and Home Office analysts to help identify local and regional opportunities, set priorities and track performance
- providing input into business planning for the Oncology Area Directors with secondary support for Oncology Business Managers by translating insights into meaningful action
- partnering with HQ Insights & Analytics and Commercial Effectiveness functions to synthesize local trends and provide regional input into National Level insights, and apply National Level insights to help address regional issues,
- partnering with Commercial Effectiveness to ensure regional reporting needs are clearly defined and addressed to enable performance monitoring and assessment of KPIs
- identifying opportunities in the Area for skill building for customer facing roles to build confidence and ability to analyze and synthesize data for strategic business decisions, and
- utilizes strong working understanding of field-based roles, business knowledge, excellent analytical acumen and working knowledge of (or willingness to learn and understand) commercial (oncology) data sets.
Minimum Qualifications��
Bachelor’s degree
Combination of two of three below:
- 3+ yrs Oncology Experience
- 3+ yrs Pharma Sales Experience
- 3+ yrs Data and Analytics Experience

The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $137,457 to $206,185. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
