Job Title: Oncology Regional Marketing Leader - Carolinas

Introduction to the role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact on patient care within the global pharmaceutical industry? As the Oncology Regional Marketing Leader for Lung in Carolinas, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing plans that align with our brand strategy. You will be the vital link between our headquarters marketing team and the needs of the geography, generating actionable insights that inform our commercialization approaches. This role offers the opportunity to engage with regional customers, integrate their input, and build market leadership to achieve our commercial objectives.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will develop regional marketing plans, engage with a core group of National and Regional ESEs, generate timely customer insights, manage multiple program budgets, and collaborate with field sales leadership and brand teams. You will also be expected to work during some evenings and weekends, with up to 50% monthly travel required.

Geographic areas of responsibility include but may not be limited to: North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Georgia.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales management, strategic planning
  • 3+ years of Oncology marketing and/or sales experience
  • Documented success in partnership-building with industry thought leaders

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced Degree ( MS, MBA, or PhD)
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales management, strategic planning
  • 5+ years of Oncology marketing or sales experience
  • Extensive, documented thought leader/ key opinion leader (KOL) management
