As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plans that enhance the value of our portfolio and pipeline. Collaborate with the Brand Leadership team to shape and measure brand strategies, focusing on scientific communications. Are you up for the challenge?
Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development of brand strategies, focusing on market opportunity assessment, brand positioning, messaging, and asset planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring brand strategy to life through leadership of speaker bureau management, peer-to-peer content, congress presence, advisory board meetings, and consulting engagements.
- Establish strong partnerships with Regional Customer Directors, HCP Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access.
- Provide input to cross-functional planning and programs by communicating brand strategy and identifying market opportunities and risks.
- Clearly communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity.
- Lead additional defined work streams and brand opportunities as defined by the Sr. Marketing Director with accountability for the end product.
- Collaborate and lead without authority across functional areas; organize people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal to achieve business objectives in a timely manner.
- Accurately manage Brand Budget and oversee day-to-day operations of agency partners/vendors.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, or the Sciences
- 3 years of pharmaceutical or related experience OR 3 years of marketing experience and 1 year in pharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience and team management skills
- Experience developing brand channel strategy and completing against it
- Experience running complex projects at the project management level
- Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results
- Successful project management experience with the ability to work with cross-functional collaborators
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in HCP and/or Consumer Marketing
- Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or the Sciences
- Experience in Insight/Market Research
- Experience across product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature)
- Experience in Immunology/Rheumatology
