Main DutiesandResponsibilities
Understandsdisease states and treatment protocols prevalent in primary care settingsand varied healthcareenvironment,andabletoinfluence healthcare providers through evidence-based discussions.
Usestronganalyticalobjectivityto focus onprescribing patterns tooptimizeaccount strategies.
Effectiveresource management strategies toimpactlower-scaleandhigh-frequency environmentswhile enforcingaccountability within sales plans.
Establish businessobjectives,evaluateperformanceand drive performancethrough effective execution ofBrand strategies.
Ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are metor exceeded within the therapeutic area at a regional level.
Fosters a Growth Mindset,andcontinuouslearning and improvement.Leveragesnew technologyand data insights to capitalize on opportunitiesthatimprovepatient care andstreamlinesprocess efficiency.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’sDegree
8+ yrs ofdemonstratedSales, or Commercial experience or a combinationof:pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
5+yrsproven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
