As the Director/Senior Director of Transformation & Business Agility, you'll collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and business partners to drive the strategic transformation of our organization, culture, processes, and technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of transformation programs from inception to realization, navigating through ambiguity and complexity with confidence and creativity.
Accountabilities:
• Identify strategic opportunities for transformation through analysis of business operations, understanding of organizational priorities and stakeholder engagement
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of programs to time, budget, quality and benefits
• Secure, activate and maximize resources in support of project delivery with ability to find creative solutions to challenges that arise
• Support project and portfolio reporting, including tracking of benefits realization
• Understand external best practices/trends in life sciences related to organizational and operational topics
• Build transformation/change management capability through strategic counsel, training and coaching
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, GPPM, Finance and other functions as necessary
• Serve as a champion and agent for change
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Proven track record of delivering transformation in a consulting role for life science clients with strong understanding of pharmaceutical business, including R&D
• Exceptional analytical rigor, operational effectiveness, and communication skills
• Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills with consultative approach and ability to interact, influence, and build trust with experienced professionals and leadership teams
• Strong initiative to understand our core business goals and establish processes or programs to set direction, generate alignment and push forward, often with simple solutions to complex problems
• Ability to navigate, prioritize and be successful in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed work environment
• BA/BS and 8+ years of combined experience in life sciences or consulting firm with focus in life science programs
• OR MS/MBA and 6+ years of combined experience in life sciences or consulting firm with focus in life science programs

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from 182,645.60 - 273,968.40 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
