Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3days from office, 2 days from home/weekly)

As HR Advisor, you will join our HR Services Team in the Advice & Guidance Service Tower. This role plays an important part in helping to make AstraZeneca a Great Place to Work by supporting our managers to be the best they can be, facilitating them to engage, empower, challenge, and coach their teams to unleash their full potential.
Accountabilities:
As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include resolving HR queriesand issues for managers and employees, helping managers to understand, interpret and apply HR policy, resolving HR issues in respect to Payroll and Time & Attendance. You will ensure the support delivered to stakeholders is of exceptional quality and in accordance with written procedures, current legal requirements, and internal standards.
Among those, there will be also following activities performed in this role:
- Optimization of AskAZ Portal, management of AZ Knowledge Articles
- LOA Management (maternity leave, parental leave, long-term sickness)
- Issue employment confirmations, certificates for various purposes upon request
- Time & Absence Management
- Support with basic HR reporting queries
- Coordinate implementation of global HR projects
- Connect with CoE's to understand upcoming Policy & Process changes which impact employee’s data
You will also prioritize workload to achieve personal and work unit targets and continuously improve ways of working to develop and simplify processes and systems.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Min. 2-3 experience in HR field for local market
- Keen attention to details and focus on data accuracy.
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Any other language (ex. Swedish or German) could be a great asset
- Demonstratable ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Excellent communicator, with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders to explain and execute HR policy.
- Demonstrable experience of administration skills, with high attention to quality
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a hard-working team
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with confidential data
- Ability to think analytically and able to effectively problem solve using creative solutions
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to change
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working in Comp/Benefit, Talent Acquisition team
- HR qualification
- Experience of working in a matrix environment
