System Analyst / Administrator

The Technical Operations Systems Analyst is a member of the contract to pay team within the GBS – Global Assurance & Reporting Services business unit. The individual is responsible for partnering with key internal and external customers to support various internal financial and event management systems. Contract to pay team members will maintain and support the systems for end to end request and contract processes as required by individual countries (for example, across Europe, the US, Japan, Australia). Candidate must display high customer focus attitude with technical skills of debugging through multiple applications and interfaces.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work as a level 2 support for analyzing the contract to pay tickets
Work as a key contact for working in Salesforce and manage data interface management with various systems such as SAP, HR and other systems.
Monitor and support the day-to-day contract/grant processing functions including system issue handling, communications and resolution.
Assist with coordination and support to user teams throughout the organization to manage process and system components.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides associated with application
Generate ad hoc reports as needed and system data searches for internal customers
Work as a primary responsible agent for user access management
Assist with documentation and configuration of any required and/or requested application changes.
Maintain high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Minimum Specific Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of technical interface management, system administration, data management, and quality assurance/control
Experience in a level 2 support of applications and interface management
Strong ethical, collaborative and influencing skills
Salesforce and SAP experience is highly desirable
Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients
Global / cross-cultural experience
