Location: Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office

Key responsibilities:
- Create new, amend existing, maintain and regularly review Coupa P2P electronic content like hosted catalogues, forms, buying policies and tags
- Act as a point of contact for content related issues, troubleshoot
- Analyze content usage data by creating reports and charts
- Look for process synergies within global Content Management area and work towards standardization of processes
- Build strong relationship with Category Managers to find further catalogue building opportunities
- Understand the bigger picture and maintain relations with Procurement, PR Gatekeeping teams, System Controllers and business leaders
- Identify process gaps and actively work on continuous improvement including regular updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) assuring high operational standards and business continuity
- Ensure daily execution and delivery of KPIs and contribute with improvement initiatives in alignment with Category Managers, Finance and Business Leads
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in working with purchasing ordering system like Ariba, Coupa, etc.
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay and Transactional Procurement processes (with a focus on P2P content build and maintenance).
- Previous Coupa content creation (catalogues and Forms) experience would be a strong asset
- Excellent English, both written and spoken (additional languages would be beneficial: German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese). Polish is not required.
- Advanced PowerBI and Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical skills and ability to leverage insights to strengthen quality of decision making: You feel comfortable working with numbers/data, e.g. collecting and analyzing trend graphs, combining them from different data sources
- Previous experience in a BPO/SSC or internationally setup organization
- Process, system oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work in complex virtual organization
- Comfortable in using virtual communication tools and collaborate across different countries and cultures
- Previous experience in Category Management or in a Buyer role is not a must but would be beneficial
- Previous experience as P2P trainer may be also an asset
- Lean qualifications would be a strong asset
