Role Overview: As the Business Unit Director for CVRM, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to bring life-changing treatments to those who need them most. You'll lead the charge in developing and executing therapeutic area strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving growth in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

·Lead and inspire a talented team to achieve sales and marketing goals

·Co-create a bold vision with the CVRM team and develop the architecture to enable its delivery

·Develop innovative strategies to maximize benefits of our chronic disease medicines for Polish patients

·Collaborate with internal and external partners to create effective patient-centric solutions 

·Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform decision-making

·Champion our mission and values, embodying our commitment to patient care

·Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership in a competitive environment within the pharmaceutical industry

·A strategic thinker with a strong track record of driving business growth

·Ability to lead/develop people and organisations to effective and impactful teams
