Analytics and Operational Excellence Specialist

As part of the Innovation & Business Excellence (IBEX) team AstraZeneca's Marketing Company Poland theAnalytics and Operational Excellence Specialist will beresponsible for analyses based on CRM and SFE data (consents, targeting, sales, etc.)

Typical Accountabilities

• Improves and automates reporting based on SFE data by development of Dashboards using existing Data Warehouse and PowerBI technology. Proactively seeks opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and the way information that is shared with all teams.
• Supports Brand Teams during key business processes such as Business Reviews, Budgeting and Brand Planning process by preparation of slide decks and necessary performance and market data.
• Creates KPIs and develops analyses to measure them.
• Verifies the quality of data in CRM and the customer database (data compliance in both systems).
• Manages the process of collecting consents to contact and controls the quality of consents stored in the database.

• Develops analyses to measure effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization.
• Develops data modelling, data manipulation, aggregation and analysis of quantitative data; forecast and trending of performance data

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field,
• Min. 2 years experience on similar position
• Ability to manage small-medium sized projects
• Analytical skills, with strong experience on xls/access tools
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Ability to work with large amount of data
• PowerQuery data cleanup
• Proactivity when seeking for improvement opportunities
