Commercial Support Coordinator
Job Description
Assists in the organization of internal and external business related functions, symposia, conferences, program events, banquets, and VIP briefings. Coordinates and arranges for major hotel accommodations and services, transportation, communications and facilitates support, client and guest entertainment, program functions, and similar activities to support company marketing and customer relations.
• Carries out projects with specific direction and periodic review of progress
• Schedules and maintains communications with speakers, vendors and participants
• Coordinates and monitors event timelines
• Assists in preparing materials and programs for events
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security
Criteria:
