Description

  • Develop and manage strategic business plans in collaboration with brand teams.
  • Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Support pre- and post-launch strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Leads the portfolio prioritization process within the brand team and in support of the TA.

Essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking & influencing skills,
  • Proficiency in Database: Pharmaceuticals (IQVIA, P4P), Microsoft Office, R, SQL Redshift and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent of forecasts, budgets, financial processes and tools, project management skills

Desirable

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background experience in market research.
