In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting the ongoing compliance of our Global Safety, Health & Environment (GSHE) Framework.

About the Role
As the SHE Coordinator and HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support and coordinate safety, health, and environmental activities within the Marketing Company. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders—including cluster functions and global HR teams—and external partners, suppliers, and occupational health providers.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Execute day‑to‑day HR administration: absences, payroll support, employee registration, contracts, annexes, and Workday updates.
Maintain employee files, HR policies & procedures, and holiday records.
Support recruitment activities and Learning & Development initiatives.
Help monitor labor legislation changes and support the HR Lead with compliance.
Participate in HR projects (e.g., Workday Time & Absence, onboarding improvements).
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and programs.
Provide timely and compliant HR customer service and advisory support.
Manage employee data and prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports.
Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal finance teams on monthly payroll.
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Coordinate legally required health & safety activities, medical check‑ups, and training.
Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s SHE Management System and DriveSuccess requirements, including annual reviews.
Ensure emergency response plans are implemented, maintained, and tested.
Submit quarterly driver safety and SHE performance reports.
Respond swiftly to serious incidents, ensuring proper internal reporting within required timelines.
Support accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Organise SHE and driver safety training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Lead hazard reviews and ensure risk assessments and controls are effective and up to date.
Promote a healthy and safe workplace through inspections, awareness programs, and training.
About You – Candidate Profile
Secondary school education; university degree preferred.
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent English.
Proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
High level of accuracy, persistence, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to provide sound advice and consult with stakeholders effectively.
Professional, ethical, and able to handle sensitive data with discretion.
Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels of the business.
