Finance Business Partner - Sweden Operations

As a Finance Business Partner at our Campus Södertälje, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturing units, you'll be part of a diverse team that transforms innovative ideas into finished products every minute. Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance Sweden Operations, you will serve as the finance lead for one or more of our business areas. That means driving performance management, providing insightful financial and commercial input to business decisions, and delivering expert financial analysis of key risks and sensitivities.

Accountabilities:

As a vital member of our local leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our business unit. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with leaders to set clear strategic and operational goals.
• Leading initiatives to improve efficiency and drive performance improvements.
• Developing business plans and budgets, while keeping all collaborators informed about important issues and potential challenges.
• Providing an independent analysis of business performance, encouraging growth and positive outcomes.
• Supplying regular financial insights to support decision-making and boost overall efficiency and business success.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Educational Background: Relevant qualifications such as MSc in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Finance Business Partnering: 5-10 years of experience in finance business partnering.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Swedish, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Financial Systems Proficiency: Experience using financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and modeling to support decision-making.
• Delivery Focus: Ability to manage challenging deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Pharmaceutical Experience: Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing Experience: General experience in a manufacturing environment.
