Regional Compliance Manager-SHANGHAI
This role is the business partner of regional sales team to manage compliance risks.
The main responsibilities include but not limit to: Enhance line manager accountability and govern the sales team compliance behavior in the fields, follow up compliance KPI and monitoring tasks, strengthen compliance culture in the regions and fields through training, communication and lead compliance agenda in Sales management meetings, Support regional implementation of head quarter compliance company-wide initiatives/activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责
Regional sales events /activities governance (45%)
Enhance line manager accountability and govern the sales team compliance behavior in the fields
•Manage risks for AZ owned events in Event and Speaker Management(ESM) System and deep dive on ESM data to assess risk, follow up red flag and deviation, work with regional sales management team to develop corrective action and preventive action to eliminate company systematic and to ensure the team compliant behavior in the fields
•Support regional sales/marketing leaders to implement First Line Monitoring Plan and conduct Second line tasks in the Region, ensuring effective and monitoring of field activities (e.g. ESM spot check, field rides, etc.) to be accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
Training and Communication (35%)
Strengthen compliance culture in the regions and fields
•Conduct effective training program on policy and related SOP, working with AZU with on-line and off-line channels to provide the comprehensive training and synergy with AZU New Employee Orientation and Sales Manager Star programs and tools, to ensure company policies and standards are clearly communicated and understood by employees in the Region
•Participate Regional Management Meetings, lead compliance agenda and act as independent advisor to provide timely, professional and objective advice on managing compliance risks/issues in business activities.
Regional Ad-hoc project (20%)
Support regional implementation of head quarter compliance initiatives/activities, such as IFAN/ICAR/contribution and other ad-hoc activities based on request
