Purpose of the Job

Work with BD manager to maximize partnership brands’ opportunity. Guide and lead partner’s marketing and sales plan and drive excellence of implementation. Collaborate with partner’s sales managers for quality of execution and influence directly to raise AZ brands’ priority among partner’s portfolio

1. Typical Accountabilities

Drive marketing and sales plan development

  • Develop promotional message and materials aligned with key marketing strategy in collaboration with partner 
  • Provide regular training to the sales rep/FLSM/MKT at partner to enhance their capability to discuss and promote the product
  • Drive and monitor campaign/symposium execution
  • Work closely with key stakeholders at partner(FLSM/MKT) to ensure delivery of brand plans and promotional activities

Own key promotion activities and ensure the quality of implementation

  • Lead AZ brands’ specialist group at partner
  • Encourage partners to develop and cascade the success case
  • Lead and initiate key meetings and symposiums to engage KEE and deliver product message effectively
  • Drive execution of all activities in the brand plans with regular KPI monitoring

3. Essential Qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing/BD/customer related(facing) role in pharma industry
  • Good stakeholder management skill (customer, internal and external key stakeholders)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

4. Desired skills or requirements

  • Product knowledge on core brands (Crestor, Nexium, Saxa, Dex brands)
  • Presentation skill
  • Marketing experience
  • A degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline
