Business Growth Lead – Oncology Cali

As Business Growth Lead – Oncology, you will play a critical role in accelerating the sustainable growth of our oncology portfolio across the Andean Cluster, ensuring operational excellence, talent development, and strategic alignment across field teams and key stakeholders. You will act as a catalyst between the national strategy and regional execution, driving business performance while safeguarding compliance, patient focus, and corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of regional growth strategies for the oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and local business priorities.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable commercial plans that balance sales growth, profitability, and compliance.

  • Lead, inspire, and develop field teams to achieve exceptional technical and commercial performance.

  • Ensure completion of quarterly training and coaching plans to elevate field excellence and engagement.

  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities in key oncology accounts and regions.

  • Strengthen relationships with oncology institutions (IPS) to drive portfolio adoption and penetration.

  • Oversee sales performance, territory management, and demand forecasting accuracy.

  • Partner with access, medical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and promotional plans.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (healthcare providers, distributors, and payers).

  • Ensure all stakeholders are continuously updated on the portfolio value proposition and differentiators.

  • Guarantee adherence to corporate standards, ethics, and compliance policies.

  • Ensure zero non-conformity incidents and 100% participation in compliance training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology or specialty care.

  • Proven success leading field teams and driving business performance in complex healthcare environments.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong digital skills (Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI)
