【職務内容/ Job Description】

・イベント（TV講演会等）の立案・交渉・実行・レビューの実施

・プロモーション資材（パンフレット・説明会スライド・MR君*コンテンツ等）の立案・作成・実行・レビューの実施

　(*MR君: 医薬品、疾病、治療等医療に関する情報を提供するツール)

・市場調査の結果などを正しく読み取り、結果から抽出した仮説に基づいた資材作成

・多様な方法を通じて、営業部門に対して、営業アクション内容を伝達する

・KEE(Key External Experts)のマネジメントの遂行

・マーケティング・営業活動を計測するためのシステム関連の提案、他部門と協業し社内システムの構築

・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など他部門との活動の共有、及び、調整

・市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、Brand Managerの製品戦略立案のサポート

医薬品業界での営業経験3年以上

マーケティングでの業務経験

・医師との面会を通じて課題を同定できる質問力と分析力

・市場調査の結果・客観的事実などから正しく読み取り、課題を抽出し、仮説を構築する力（分析や調査業務の経験はプラスです）

・課題解決にむけてアクションが実行できる行動力

・自らの得意分野に安住せずチャレンジし続ける姿勢・目的達成のために新たな取組やアプローチを試みる姿勢

・チームとして成果をだすための関係部門との協業の姿勢

・エクセル／パワーポイントによる資料作成能力

・そのほか社内で使用されているITを活用できる

【語学 /Languages】

<必須 Mandatory>

日本語：コミュニケーション能力が十分であること

英語：応募時は問いません。原則、入社2－3年以内にTOEIC800点レベルまで向上させること
